Monte Bondone is not only about winter and skiing, it’s also suitable for all sport-loving people who can choose from various disciplines, from trekking to mountain biking and Nordic walking.
The Monte Bondone area is at just ten kilometres from the “Trento Sud” Brennero motorway exit and is a sought-after tourist destination owing to its easy access and closeness to the city of Trento.
One side of Monte Bondone has a steep climb, starting from 2,090m off the Palon top over to the other side, which descends gradually until it forms a natural terrace overlooking Lake Garda. At 1,500m there’s the beautiful Viote plateau, a protected biotope and natural basin which hosts the Alpine Botanic Garden amongst peat-bogs and conifer trees, a research centre and a thousand varieties of plants and flowers from all over Europe. Dominating the whole scene are Monte Cornetto, which is 2,180m high, Doss d’Abramo, which stands at 2,140 m and Cima Verde at 2,102m, all of which constitute a protected nature reserve called “Tre Cime”, a much sought-after destination by nature lovers.

There are agreements in place with our special partner De Gasperi, who has a wide choice of equipment, from electric bike hire for relaxing excursions, to the more adventurous and adrenalin-pumping downhill mountain biking.
